OREGON BROOKLYN FOOD PANTRY
Oregon is blessed to have a new food pantry, built to better meet the needs of those in our community who struggle to put food on the table for their families. The brand new building at the corner of Janesville Rd. and Alpine Pkwy. (on the campus of People's United Methodist Church) is staffed by area churches and organizations; Hillcrest helps stock the shelves through Food Drives and serves periodically with food sorting and distribution.
Hillcrest pastors and volunteers plan a worship service for the residents once a month (in rotation with other community churches).
CARE NET OF DANE COUNTY
Care Net provides compassionate, nonjudgmental care to women and men facing a pregnancy decision. They offer help, hope and healing through medical services, education, a residential program and ongoing support. Care Net seeks to become the first choice for every woman and man in Dane County facing an unexpected pregnancy or sexual health concern. All of their services are free and confidential.
Oregon area churches have partnered to more effectively provide financial assistance to individuals and families in need in our local community.
NEIGHBORS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE (NINA) FUND
The NINA Emergency Fund assists families in the Oregon-Brooklyn School district who have children under 18 with funding for rent and utilities in emergency situations. The fund collects donations from individuals and organizations in the Oregon-Brooklyn community and disburses over $25,000 in assistance each year. This program is administered by Joe Sullivan, Oregon’s social worker through the statewide “Joining Forces for Families” program, which is a service of the Dane County Department of Human Services.

Cutting Edge Outreach Ministries exists to inspire and equip a generation to impact their world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through events, evangelism, and missions. Hillcrest partners with Cutting Edge by offering youth mission trips both locally and in cities across the United States.
